Dimitrios Staikos

Dimitrios Staikos is a PhD candidate in Classical Management & Decision-Making at the Department of Business Administration of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds two master's degrees: one in Economics, Defense & Security from the University of the Peloponnese and another in International Relations & Strategic Studies from Panteion University.

After graduating from the Hellenic Police Academy, he has served in various operational and administrative positions in law enforcement and criminology for over 20 years. Currently, he is an active forensic firearms expert at the Forensic Science Division of the Hellenic Police. His passion for the practical wisdom of the classics—particularly Xenophon and Plutarch—along with his deep interest in modern cognitive science, are the main driving forces behind his research, aiming to highlight the true creative and foresightful potential of humanity.
